Getting Familiar: Customer Success Team
Our Customer Success team will be your main point of contact throughout the onboarding journey and will be here every step of the way to answer questions and guide the conversion. We’d like to introduce you to a few team members that you’ll be hearing from!
Kendra is a North Dakota native, Oxford comma proponent, and Fargo Film Festival enthusiast who joined the FBS team is 2006. She is the Director of Customer Success, a team fully devoted to the needs and success of our MLS Partners. Kendra works closely with MLS Staff and nearly every department at FBS. She will be leading our 90/10 call.
Kendra O'Brien
Melissa is a North Dakota native who joined FBS in 2006 as its lead trainer. Since then, she has become the Senior Customer Onboarding Manager for the Customer Success team. She works primarily with MLS admin staff, overseeing the onboarding process for new Flexmls customers. She will be one of your primary contacts during the conversion process.
Melissa Feeken
Nathan is a Michigan native who joined the FBS team in 2021 as a Customer Onboarding Coordinator. He works closely with MLS staff to help guide the onboarding process for new Flexmls customers and make the conversion as seamless as possible. Nathan will be one of your primary contacts during the conversion process.
Nathan Andrus
Kari is a Senior Configuration Specialist who re-joined the FBS team in 2019. She works closely with MLS Staff and will set up the configuration of your new system.
Kari Cahoy
Rhea is a Senior Configuration Specialist who joined the FBS team in 2019. She works closely with MLS Staff and will set up the configuration of your new system.

We have provided a slide deck that you can customize and share with your members about the upcoming conversion to Flexmls, including information on training dates, where users can find support, and more!
