Learn how to run a search with multiple criteria straight from the Quick Launch bar.
In QuickLaunch, you can search by multiple criteria all at once. Start by typing a keyword into the QuickLaunch search bar at the top of the screen.
You can search by criteria such as price, status, bedrooms and bathrooms, MLS number, location, and more. In this example, I’ll search multiple criteria in Quick Launch by entering up to six hundred ks, four bed, three bath in the city of Fargo.
You can also search multiple items in one field, such as multiple cities. Separate the items in the same field with a comma and use a semicolon to separate different search fields. In this example, I’ll enter four hundred to six hundred ks, City of Fargo, comma, West Fargo, comma, Morehead, semicolon, four bath. Search results are organized by search template name.
When you enter your search keywords, three possible searches appear in the drop down menu. Click on an option to view the search results. From here, you can refine your search by clicking on the Edit Search tab while viewing the search results. You can click the various tabs to view different details about the search results, such as viewing photos, reviewing the listing report, and more.
