AI-Detected Fields and Features
As soon as photos are uploaded, Auto Assistant+ scans them and suggests values for listing fields and features – from flooring and appliances to construction materials and exterior features. Suggestions are matched to 37+ RESO-aligned fields and 500+ features. Subscribers have the opportunity to review and approve each detection before it’s saved.
Bonus for MLSs: approved features surface which details subscribers and buyers value most.
AI-Generated Property Descriptions
Auto Assistant+ drafts public remarks using the fields already completed on the listing. Subscribers can regenerate up to five times, then edit and refine the copy for accuracy, compliance, and their own voice before publishing.
AI-Generated Photo Titles and Captions
Auto Assistant+ can also generate titles and captions for uploaded listing photos, giving subscribers a head start on media details they’d otherwise have to write one by one or skip completely.
