Ariadne joined FBS in 2022 as a member of the Customer Success team. In addition to video tutorials, she also creates content for the Flexmls Help website and the Help With This Page guidance in Flexmls. As a true grammar nerd and bookworm, Ariadne will passionately argue the importance of the serial comma (and why the book is always better than the movie). Outside of work, Ariadne enjoys creating music, spending quality time with her family, and being the official, unpaid photographer and videographer for her pets.

Learn how to run a radius search using Quick Launch.

You can run a radius search in QuickLaunch. To create a quick, two mile radius search, you can type near or close to and an MLS number or an address into the QuickLaunch search bar.

In this example, I’ll enter near eight hundred fortieth Avenue East, West Fargo and view search results based on that criteria.

You can also specify a number of miles by typing x miles from and an MLS number or an address. For example, I’ll enter one mile from eighty five thousand seven hundred sixty Avenue West, West Fargo. Note that when using the Quick Launch to create a radius, the radius must be a whole number. If you enter a number of kilometers, the distance will be automatically converted into miles.

Once you’ve typed in your search criteria, the search results from Quick Launch display, organized by search template name. Three possible searches display in the dropdown search results menu. Select an option. From here, you can refine your search by clicking on the Edit Search tab while viewing the search results.

You can click the various tabs to view different details about the search results, such as viewing photos, reviewing the listing report, and more.
