This tutorial provides a quick overview on how to search listings in the Flexmls Pro App for Android and the Flexmls mobile website. This video walks through how to start a new search, how to add and customize search criteria, and actions you can take with your search results.

To search for listings in the Flexmls Pro app for Android or the Flexmls mobile site, tap on New Search. The filter page opens by default. Use the top row to navigate between the search filters, search results, and actions you can take with the listings. To search for listings based on location, price, or more, tap on the filter icon in the upper left corner.

Here, you can select a search template to look for specific property types. Enter your search criteria such as status, price, location, square footage, and more.

If you want to search on a field that isn’t on the default search template, tap add field. In this example, we’ll add Central Air to our search. The number at the bottom of the screen indicates how many listings match your current search filter. You can tap that number to view the listings or close the filter by tapping the close filter icon in the upper right.

On the results page, you can view the results in the list, summary, or map view. You can also tap the stats view to view statistical data on the listings. Tap an icon to toggle the view.

You can scroll through the search results or tap on sort to apply a sort. Tap a listing to view all of the details. If you’d like to keep track of the listing, tap the Select checkbox at the top of the screen. Go back to all search results by clicking the X.

Tap the Actions icon to save or share the search, share selected listings, or save the selected listings to a listing collection for a contact or for yourself. To leave the search entirely, tap the search icon at the top left corner of the screen for mobile web or the bottom of the screen for the Android app to be taken back to the app homepage.

If you want to go back to the search you were just on, but did not save the search, tap on Save Searches and then select the Drafts tab. The Drafts tab will display your three most recent draft searches.
