Flexmls offers the option to share listings via text message. To start, use the checkboxes to select the listings you’d like to share via text. Click Share and specify if you want to share the current highlighted listing in your search results or the listings you have selected. Then, click Text. Click Select Contact and select the contact you would like to share the listings with. Then, click Share by Text.
If your contact has not yet opted into receiving listings via text message, you will need to send an opt in request.
To do so, click Edit Contact and then click Send Text Opt in Invite.
You will receive a prompt notifying you that your text opt in request is pending. While the text opt in request is pending, you have the option of sharing the listings with your contact via email. To share via email, click Send as email. Once your contact has accepted the opt in request, you can select their name and click Share by Text.
