To add a public open house in Flexmls, navigate to the Flexmls menu. Under daily functions, select broker open house slash public open houses. Then click add edit public open houses. In the Public Open Houses page, click Add at the bottom right. Enter the MLS number for the listing and use the drop down menu next to the Type field to select whether the open house will be in person or live streamed.
Next, enter the open house information, such as the open house date, start time, and end time. If you are adding a live streamed open house, you’re required to add the link to the live stream. When you have finished entering your open house information, click Next. The public open houses pages reloads and your open house appears in the list of open houses.
You can also add an open house from the edit listing page under scheduled marketing activities.
