Learn how to create a radius search from a known address on the Flexmls Pro App for Android and Flexmls Mobile Web.
On the Flexmls Pro app for Android or Flexmls mobile web, you can do a radius search from a known address. You can find the radius search filter on the filters page or in the map view. From the Map View, tap the pin icon and then enter a specific address. In this example, I’ll enter the address for the local high school.
Then, use the arrows to increase or decrease the radius or type in the number of miles you want the radius to be. Once you specify your desired radius, tap Confirm Address. The search results will display listings within your desired radius, and you can view your search results from the map, summary, or list view.
You can also specify if you want your search results to display listings within the radius you’ve drawn or outside the radius you’ve drawn.
You can draw additional shapes and if you’d like to see listings only within the overlapping areas, you can return to the Filters page and make the appropriate selection under the Drawn Shapes section.
You can also further refine your search on the Filters page.
