Creating a Listing Collection in Flexmls allows you to save and keep track of a specific group of listings. Watch this video to learn how to create and save Listing Collections.
Want to keep track of specific listings? For example, maybe you’re putting together a list of open houses to visit, or maybe you’re searching for comparable that you plan to use when you put together a CMA later this week. In either case, you can use a listing collection. You can create and edit listing collect from any search results screen.
To create a new collection, select the listings you’d like to keep track of, Then click on save and select, save selected as. In this example, I’ve selected listings with open houses I’d like to visit. So I’ll name it open houses and click save to save it to my listing collections.
To access a listing collection, open your menu and go to listing collections. And select the collection you’d like to view. If you want to remove listings from the collection, select the appropriate listings and click remove. If you want to add more listings to an existing collection, select the listing, and click save selected as.
Select the collection you’d like to add to and then check the option to add to collection. Click save to finish.
